Beat Luke Littler: Farron Sherrock upsets world champion to claim £501,000 prize

News summary

Fallon Sherrock secured a £501,000 cash prize after defeating reigning world champion Luke Littler during a single-leg face-off in Manchester.

The thirty-two-year-old competitor had secured her spot at the event after winning seventy-five percent of a fan vote against Jarod Becker.

Her successful fifteen-dart leg abruptly concluded the broadcasted tournament, preventing five remaining amateurs from taking their turn at the board.
